3. Our Role as Controller and Processor
For our own clients, prospects, and BVHN members: BeVisible Online Solutions Ltd is the Data Controller.
For our clients’ customers (e.g. hotel guests, service clients): our client is the Data Controller and BeVisible Online Solutions Ltd acts as a Data Processor.
We only process data on the instructions of our clients and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4. Sub-Processors We Use
To deliver services, we rely on trusted sub-processors, including but not limited to:
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector – CRM, automations, and workflows
Stripe – secure payment processing
Twilio – telephony and SMS services
OpenAI – natural language processing
VAPI – AI orchestration and integrations
Retell – AI voice agent platform
Other providers as required to operate and improve services

5. AI Agent Data
When you or your customers interact with our AI agents, we may process personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, and voice transcripts.
This data is only used to provide booking, scheduling, or customer support services.
We do not sell this data.
We do not use this data to train external AI models.
Data may be temporarily processed by AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, VAPI, Retell, GHL) strictly for the purpose of enabling AI agent functionality.

All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
